Bodhi PT also offers exercise training that is supervised by a professional to help assist with your strengthening needs. If you are concerned about how to create a personalized strength program that is do-able, personal, and effective, we are here to help. Whether it be in your home gym or an external gym, (or even just outside!), we want you to be confident in being able to exercise. 

If you are having difficulty participating in a sport you love or simply just want to improve your skills, you could benefit from more sport-specific training to tailor to your needs. Before training, you will be examined by a Doctor of Physical therapy to find any muscle impairments that can be focused on with your custom program. Sports specific training can also help decrease the risk of injury while playing and could be a good option to focus on during the “off-season”. Not only is strength an important part of training, but balance and coordination exercises should also be emphasized to help improve your skills. 

Whether it be for general training or sports specific training, we hope to make your workouts enjoyable and meaningful so you understand how every exercise can help you become stronger, both mentally and physically. We also offer virtual / Telehealth services to continue checking in / training clients during travel or as a maintenance routine, if preferred.
